Collected in a “moist woods” at Lansing (Ingham Co.) in 1917 (T. G. Yuncker 178, US). Frequent as close to Michigan as the Ontario and Ohio Lake Erie islands and adjacent Sandusky area of Ohio, but quite possibly not native in Michigan.
