R. maritima of Michigan Flora.
Known only from Manistique Lake, straddling Luce and Mackinac Cos., where collected in up to 2.4 m of water and often abundant washed on shore after a storm. This was first collected in 1936 in “beds extending along the shore near Cedar Springs Resort” and may well not have been part of the native flora.
