A. A. Reznicek
An arctic-alpine species that is a long distance disjunct to the Lake Superior region, where known only from a single Farwell collection (BLH) gathered in 1895. Farwell notes the habitat as “on shores of Montreal River.”
Drife and Drife (1990) find that this record is not plagued by the inconsistencies or other problems typical of some older Farwell records and tentatively accept it, despite the large disjunction.
