fruit
Almost entirely restricted to bogs, where it tends to thrive in sphagnum areas. Although flowering may be quite variable in abundance from year to year, the distinctive pore at the tip of each leaf makes this an easy bog plant to recognize in vegetative condition. Very local in occurrence southward.
