Arabis holboellii of Michigan Flora.
Sandy dune ridges; rock ledges and summits (northwestern Upper Peninsula and Isle Royale).
The basal leaves are ± densely stellate-pubescent, in tight rosettes. Vegetative rosettes at the ends of basal shoots are frequent, and the main stem often bears remnants of earlier rosettes at a lower level. On sand dunes, plants sometimes have a distinctive habit in that the rosettes are above the ground level.
