A specimen of the whitish-flowered Reseda alba L., the white mignonette, was collected in Grand Rapids (Kent Co.) in 1895, but the fact that Emma J. Cole did not include it in her detailed Grand Rapids Flora (Cole, 1901) suggests it may have been from a planting.
