More species and numerous hybrids and cultivars are grown and could be found persisting from cultivation. A specimen referred to Narcissus ×medioluteus Mill. (N. poeticus × N. tazetta) was collected once as a “presumed escape” in Leelanau Co.; it is cream-flowered (in the Michigan collection) and typically has two flowers per stem in contrast to the two species treated here.
Flowers yellow, corona tubular and ± equal to the perianth segments.
N. pseudonarcissus
Flowers white, corona (red-tipped) much shorter than the free perianth segments.
N. poeticus
All species found in Narcissus
