Sagina procumbens B. S. Walters

A Eurasian native, sparingly found in lawns, sidewalk cracks, and meadows, as well as on wet rocks and shores. First collected in 1889 in Marquette Co. This species has much more conspicuous hyaline leaf bases than S. nodosa, connate around the stem.
